What’s included in the membership fee?

Your membership fee at TrueCare Family Medicine covers all of the following:

In office and virtual visits: You can see Dr. Heagy for check-ups, routine visits, and any non-emergent health concerns.
Direct communication: You’ll have easy access to Dr. Heagy via phone, email, or text for ongoing support and questions.
Preventive care: Routine screenings and health guidance to keep you on track.
Discounted prescriptions and labs: In-house prescriptions are available at low cost, and we offer significant discounts on lab work and imaging.

What is not included?

Additional bloodwork and imaging (heavily discounted rates are available, or insurance can be used)
Vaccinations (can use insurance for this, or may use health department if uninsured)
Pathology services from skin biopsies or pap smears, although the procedures themselves are included.
Medications; many are able to be filled in-house at low cost.

There is a $75 enrollment fee per individual/couple, or $150 enrollment fee per family, to help Dr. Heagy prepare for your visit.

if enrolled without adult

If child is enrolled with an adult, then first child is $50/month,

second child is $40/month,

third child is $30/month,

fourth child is $20/month

Maximum family payment is $350/month
